My sister moved into Farmington Square about a week ago. Every step of the way, starting with Perla giving the tour-has been 5 star. She clearly loves the residents and they love her. She got back to me right away with an answer or solution to any questions I had. Each staff member I have met has knowledge and understanding of memory care and treats the residents with respect. The living area is clean and maintained. There are cozy shared spaces and sparse functional spaces. They have systems in place to avoid potential problems. It’s been a short time, but we are very happy with my sisters care.
